The ACT Mod-Twin 225 Max Extreme Rigid Race Clutch Kit is engineered for 2004–2021 Subaru WRX STI models that require maximum torque capacity and race-proven durability. The Mod-Twin 225 XX twin-disc rigid design pairs twice the ceramic friction surfaces with a solid Mono-Drive chrome-moly hub in a modular package, delivering predictable aggressive engagement and rapid power transfer for drag, road, and rally racing. Rated to handle up to 1,340 ft-lbs of torque, the kit includes a CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel and heat-treated components for long service life under extreme launches and repeated high-RPM use. Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable and serviceable, with many components available separately to simplify maintenance between events.
